The production begins with mold making. According to design drawings and size requirements, we produce high-precision molds to ensure consistent shape, smooth lines and easy demolding.
Then we carry out hand lay-up molding. High-quality resin and fiberglass cloth are applied layer by layer to form the main structure. Thickening treatment is carried out at the bottom and stress points to improve overall strength and load-bearing capacity, effectively preventing cracking and deformation.
After demolding, the semi-finished products are trimmed, polished and repaired. All burrs, seams and bubbles are carefully handled to achieve a flat and smooth surface for subsequent painting.
For surface finishing, we use outdoor-grade automotive paint with UV protection. After primer, color coating and topcoat protection, the surface is colorful, uniform, fade-resistant, scratch-resistant and aging-resistant, suitable for long-term outdoor use. We also support custom colors, textures and surface effects.
Before delivery, each FRP flower pot and planter undergoes strict quality inspection, including appearance, structural strength, waterproof performance and dimensional accuracy. Standard export packaging ensures safe transportation.
