Custom GRC GFRC Irregular Wave Tree Planter Seat

Material: GRC, GFRC
Craft: Mold forming
Color: Natural color / Original color
Customization: OEM & ODM available
Production lead time: 15–30 days
Application: Outdoor decoration

Advantages & Key Features

  • Lightweight yet high flexural strength, 40‑60% lighter than ordinary concrete, saving transportation and hoisting cost.
  • Excellent anti‑crack performance. Distributed alkali‑resistant glass‑fibres restrain crack formation for long‑term outdoor service.
  • Supports thin‑wall structure and complex free‑form moulding. Realise curved, irregular, organic and integrated tree‑pit bench shapes.
  • Great UV‑stability and weather resistance, resistant to freeze‑thaw and aging for open‑air public environment.
  • Multiple optional surface finishes: plain cement finish, sandblasting, exposed aggregate, terrazzo‑look surface, anti‑UV painting coating.
  • Oversized components adopt segmented pre‑cast construction. Easy for container sea freight and on‑site assembly.
  • Low water absorption and good anti‑fouling property, requiring little daily maintenance.
  • Fully customisable dimensions, curve radius and colours based on architect project drawings.

Application Scenarios

Public parks, urban plazas, outdoor zones of shopping malls, hotel courtyards, residential communities, waterfront promenades, campus landscapes, municipal public spaces and theme parks. Applicable for single standalone benches, long curved continuous seating, and integrated tree‑surround bench‑planter projects.

Production Process

  1. Mould making: Fabricate FRP moulds according to client drawings or 3D models to ensure dimensional accuracy for curved and irregular shapes.
  2. Raw‑material preparation: Mix high‑grade cement, fine sand, special admixtures and alkali‑resistant glass‑fibres.
  3. Forming: Two mainstream technologies. Spray‑up process for thin‑wall complex shapes; premix casting for solid block‑style benches. Reinforced glass‑fiber layers are embedded inside units.
  4. Curing: Controlled curing process for strength development and stable dimension performance.
  5. Demoulding & trimming: Remove finished parts from moulds, trim burrs and repair minor surface defects.
  6. Surface treatment: Plain cement finish, sandblasting, exposed‑aggregate effect or anti‑UV top coating can be applied.
  7. Pre‑assembly test (for segmented large‑size products): Mark serial numbers for each segment, complete pre‑assembly inspection in factory to guarantee on‑site fitting accuracy.
  8. Packing and shipment.
