Production Process
- Design and mold making according to product shape and size (usually using silicone or FRP molds).
- Prepare GRC / UHPC raw materials with cement, fine sand, fiber, admixtures and water in strict proportion.
- Spray or layer pouring GRC/UHPC mixture into the mold, fully vibrate and compact to eliminate bubbles.
- Maintain under constant temperature and humidity to ensure strength development.
- Demold after reaching design strength, then polish, repair and surface treatment (grinding, coloring, sealing).
- Drill drainage holes, inspect appearance and structural performance.
- Package and deliver after passing quality inspection.
