With superior weather resistance, they are UV-proof, frost-resistant, anti-corrosion and crack-resistant, offering an outdoor service life of more than 50 years. Multiple surface finishes are available, including plain cement, sandblasting, spraying paint and polishing, capable of simulating various natural stone textures. The products are non-flammable with low water absorption, easy to clean and maintain simply by water washing.
2. Production Process
First, 3D modeling and customized mold production are completed with wooden, silicone or steel molds according to different shapes. Then high-strength concrete, quartz sand, alkali-resistant glass fiber and additives are proportionally mixed. The composite material is sprayed or poured layer by layer and vibrated to remove internal bubbles. After constant temperature and humidity curing for 24–72 hours to achieve structural strength, the products are demolded, trimmed and polished to remove burrs and repair surface defects. Finally, professional surface treatment such as sandblasting, painting and transparent waterproof protection is carried out.
