Manufacturing Process
- 3D design & modular segmentation: Split large‑size irregular benches into transportable modules, pre‑embed lifting points and connection hardware.
- Mould making: Wood mould for straight items; CNC foam master pattern + FRP mould for curved & elliptical shapes.
- UHPC material mixing: Special dry powder, quartz sand, high‑grade cement, steel fiber and admixtures under strict proportion control.
- Casting: Vibration casting / self‑compacting pouring with galvanized steel embedded parts pre‑installed inside mould.
- Curing: Static curing plus steam curing to achieve target strength and minimize shrinkage cracks.
- Demoulding, trimming & repairing for surface defects and joint positions.
- Surface finishing: polishing, terrazzo grinding, integral pigment or outdoor fluorocarbon paint coating.
- Quality inspection & wooden crate packing for shipment.
- On‑site installation: Lifting, bolt connection between modules, joint filling with UHPC repair mortar.
