The core advantage of qualified stainless steel is its self-repairing anti-oxidation protection mechanism, which fundamentally avoids conventional metal oxidation and rusting.

Stainless steel (304/316L) contains sufficient chromium elements. When contacting air, a dense, invisible nano-level chromium oxide passive film will form on the surface. This film can isolate oxygen, moisture, salt spray, and acidic substances from the outside world, protecting the internal metal structure from corrosion and oxidation. Most importantly, this protective film is self-repairing—minor surface scratches will automatically regenerate the protective layer in the air without continuous oxidation.
Different grades adapt to diverse harsh environments:
304 Stainless Steel: Suitable for conventional urban outdoor environments, resisting daily wind, rain, and UV erosion, maintaining stable performance for more than 20 years
316L Stainless Steel: Added molybdenum element, specially optimized for coastal high-salt, high-humidity, and high-temperature environments. It perfectly resists sea salt spray corrosion and extreme weather oxidation, and is the preferred material for Middle East coastal city projects
