High-quality FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic) leisure seats and landscape benches have become essential functional landscape products for commercial plazas, parks, real estate projects and public spaces. As a professional manufacturer, we apply a complete standardized production process to ensure each seat is sturdy, durable, weather-resistant and comfortable, providing reliable customized solutions for global clients.

The production starts with design and mold making. According to drawings or design concepts, we make high-precision molds to ensure consistent shape, smooth lines and stable size for mass production.

Then we carry out hand lay-up molding. High-quality fiberglass cloth and environmental resin are used for layered pasting to form the main structure of the seat. Multiple layers of reinforcement are applied at stress points such as the seat surface and supporting legs to enhance load-bearing capacity and prevent deformation.

After demolding, the semi-finished product is trimmed and polished repeatedly. All rough edges, joints and bubbles are repaired to make the surface flat and delicate, laying a good foundation for later painting.

For surface treatment, we use outdoor-grade automotive paint with UV protection function. After primer, color painting and topcoat protection, the seat surface is bright, uniform, scratch-resistant, fade-resistant and aging-resistant, adapting to long-term outdoor use.

Before delivery, each FRP seat undergoes strict quality inspection, including structural stability, load-bearing test, surface finish and safety check. Standard export packaging ensures safe transportation.

With mature craftsmanship and strict quality control, our FRP seats feature lightweight structure, high strength, comfortable radian and low maintenance cost. They are widely used in outdoor landscapes, commercial spaces and public areas, perfectly combining practicality and artistic beauty.
