1. Design & Mold Making
According to drawings, design effects and site requirements, we make high-strength silicone or steel molds. Precise mold production ensures consistent size, smooth lines and perfect presentation of special-shaped and curved designs.
2. Material Mixing
For GRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Concrete), we mix high-grade cement, quartz sand, alkaline-resistant glass fiber and admixtures to ensure high toughness and crack resistance.
For UHPC (Ultra-High Performance Concrete), we use ultra-fine cement, quartz powder, steel fiber and high-performance additives to achieve ultra-high strength, density and durability.
3. Casting & Vibration Compaction
The mixed material is poured into the mold evenly. High-frequency vibration is used to eliminate internal bubbles, making the structure denser, reducing pores and ensuring strong load-bearing capacity.
4. Curing & Demolding
The product is cured under constant temperature and humidity to reach sufficient initial strength. After demolding, the blank is complete and free of damage.
5. Trimming, Polishing & Repairing
Workers trim excess edges, repair small defects, and polish the surface to achieve a flat, delicate and even texture.
6. Surface Treatment & Sealing
We provide natural concrete finish, colored finish, matte or glossy surface treatment. A layer of waterproof and anti-fouling sealant is applied to enhance weather resistance, prevent water seepage, fading and staining.
7. Quality Inspection & Packaging
Each bench undergoes strict inspection including dimensional accuracy, surface quality, structural strength and flatness. Standard export packaging ensures safe long-distance transportation.
